Rigatoni Vodka by Margy Marrapodi / Port Charlotte Lodge # 2507 |

4 Cups Marinara Sauce
4 1/2 Oz. Vodka |
1 lb. Rigatoni, Cooked
3 Oz. butter |
2/3 cup grated cheese
6 Oz. prosciutto, chopped Pepper |
9 slices mozzarella
3 egg yolks 1 pt. heavy cream |
Place butter and prosciutto in pan allow to simmer, add vodka. Note: When adding vodka be extremely careful, remove pan from stove, "this could flame." Allow to simmer. Add heavy cream, marinara sauce, pepper, grated cheese, mozzarella and mix together with Rigatoni. When serving add extra sauce on plate and garnish with parsley. | |
